Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Take a look around our store using the menu tabs on the left that correspond to products required. , add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to set up your account for us to be able to complete the order.
If for any reason you make a mistake that you’re unable to rectify please contact us and we will amend it accordingly.
When confirmation of your order is received, and payment has been made to us, we will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us.
If for some reason we have inadvertently under-priced goods, VAT or Postage prices change we will inform you immediately and you will then have the right to cancel your order for a full refund, pay the difference or elect to choose a different product.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Although we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours, we have no control over the postal service. As it’s a third party agreement there may be times beyond our control that may delay your order such as strikes, breakdown of vehicles etc. If this occurs we will not be held responsible but will endeavour to keep you informed once we are notified of the situation.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT has been included.

If for any reason you have cause for complaint, please contact us via email or in writing addressing all complaints to "Complaints Dept." Your complaint will be fully investigated and a reply will be forthcoming within 5 working days.
We will keep you fully informed throughout the duration of the complaint and will do our utmost to resolve the complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will inform you of our results either via email or by mail and will detail the procedure and outcome of the investigation. As a company who holds customers at the forefront we will be completely imparshall and will do our utmost to ensure the result is in your favour.
